From freestanding frames to café barriers, we can create custom printed banners to suit your needs. If you have a framed display banner that you can’t see on our site, contact us and we will do our best to help. With top quality machinery and printing carried out in-house, we can create any size outdoor banner!
Replacement Banners Express Delivery Requirements
To qualify for express service, your order must adhere to these rules:
- Artwork: one version
- Extras: No optional extras (like lamination)
- Timing: you must submit your artwork by 10am on the day of ordering to ensure the turnaround.
When you create your designs, there’s a few things you’ll need to remember:
- It’s worth including a bleed area to ensure your design is flawless. Read all about this in our guide: Bleed Explained.
- Save your artwork in CMYK mode – not RGB. This is because RGB cannot be accurately reproduced on a printer. Learn more in our colour guide.
- If you’re including images or photos, make sure the resolution is high enough. Visit our resolution guide for more information.

Our replacement banners are designed to suit the following frames:
Freestanding Frame:
- Small: 840mm x 2340mm (to fit 1000mm x 2500mm frame).
- Large: 1090mm x 2840mm (to fit 1250mm x 3000mm frame).
Wall Mounted Frame:
- Small: 840mm x 2340mm (to fit 1000mm x 2500mm frame).
- Large: 1090mm x 2840mm (to fit 1250mm x 3000mm frame).
Café Barriers:
- Width: 785mm x 850 (to fit 1000mm wide rail).
- Width: 785mm x 1350 (to fit 1500mm wide rail).
Colours:
- Printed in 4 colour to one or both sides using UV lightfast waterproof ink
Stock:
- PVC – 440gsm white PVC
- PVC Free Eco-Friendly
- Mesh – 370gsm PVC
Finishing:
- Supplied ready to mount to your existing frame.
FAQs
How should I store my banner graphics?
We advise that you roll your graphics with the printed design on the outside. This will keep your banners looking fresh and vibrant.
Do your banners suit all exterior banner frames?
Our replacement banners are sized to suit our frames (see details on our specification page), if you need a custom size banner created, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Are your banners recyclable?
PVC can be recycled; however, you’ll need to check with your local recycling facilities to see if they’ll accept it.
Artwork/Templates
Designs can be uploaded at the checkout stage, or sent to us later if that’s easier. Or we can offer professional mesh banner design assistance if required, for a small fee. Visit our Artwork Design Services page for more information.
